Item 1333 A – MODULAR ISLAND A 3 with 65-liter Capacity for SPECIAL WASTE
(WEEE, BATTERIES, MEDICATIONS)
The Ecological Island consists of 3 modules with a metal base, thickness 5 mm, and dimensions 37.5 x 48 cm, featuring an anti-intrusion lid designed for WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), batteries, and medications. The waste collection types can be customized by the customer and can include alternatives like toners, T/F, etc.
Each module includes a 65-liter frustum-shaped rectangular container, with the top measuring 30 x 45 cm and a height of 75 cm, constructed from polyethylene using rotational molding technology.
This material provides high resistance to impacts, aging, and fading.
The lids of the containers are made of thermoformed ABS and painted with high-quality two-component paints. They are secured to the container using a triangular lock, and waste is accessed through an anti-intrusion door.
The metal bases undergo cataphoresis treatment followed by epoxy powder coating (for outdoor use, they can also be hot-dip galvanized upon request). The modules are connected using a metal joint measuring 21 x 6 cm with a thickness of 5 mm.
At both ends of the island, there are metal end caps with a thickness of 5 mm, which enhance the weight and aesthetic appeal of the structure. The installation does not require anchoring to the ground, though it can be anchored if desired.
