TECHNICAL SHEET ART. 1373 C65 POLYETHYLENE
WITH LID FOR BATTERY COLLECTION AND COATED CEMENT BASE

The container is made from polyethylene using the rotational molding technique.
This material, when molded, ensures great resistance to impacts, aging, and fading.
The rotational processing of plastic indicates that polymer materials can be shaped into any form through a treatment typically performed at high temperatures.
The polymer base can be natural, like wax or cellulose, or synthetic, like nylon.
What characterizes rotational plastic is its high degree of resistance, thermal insulation, and sound insulation.
It is a rectangular truncated pyramid container with top dimensions of 30×45 cm and a height of 75 cm.
The sloping lid of the container is made from thermoformed ABS, colored with high-quality two-component paints, and has a slot measuring 8×4 cm for the insertion of various battery formats available on the market.
Emptying is done using a bag or through an internal removable container, also made from polyethylene. At the base of the container, a cement base with a diameter of 43 cm, covered in polypropylene and weighing 22 kg, is secured with stainless steel screws.
