MADE WITH 2ND LIFE AND STANDARD HDPE MATERIAL
The conical container with a capacity of 105 liters and a height of 80 cm is constructed from HDPE polyethylene (2nd life) using rotational molding, featuring a base diameter of 37 cm and a top diameter of 44 cm.
This molded material offers high resistance to impacts, aging, and discoloration.
The lid is made from thermoformed ABS (2nd life) and features three slots: one front and two lateral, each measuring 23×8 cm. The lid is secured to the container body with a triangular lock.
Inside the container, there is a painted metal divider that supports the three bags and prevents materials from falling into the wrong compartment. The container is fixed to a concrete base with a diameter of 43 cm and a weight of 20 kg, which is externally covered with a polyethylene structure, enhancing its aesthetic appeal.
The lid can optionally be equipped with a stainless steel ashtray, which has an external diameter of 12.5 cm and a capacity of approximately 1,000 cigarette butts. This ashtray can be easily emptied during the container’s bag change.
