Mini station consisting of 2 containers, each with a capacity of 65 liters, featuring an internal divider that allows for two different types of waste collection within each container. This setup provides a total of 4 collections with a capacity of 32.5 liters each.
The containers are made from polyethylene using rotational molding. This material guarantees high resistance to impacts, aging, and discoloration.
The rotational molding process allows polymeric materials to be shaped into any form through a treatment that typically occurs at elevated temperatures. The base of the polymers can be natural, such as wax or cellulose, or synthetic, like nylon. Rotational plastic is characterized by its high degree of resistance, as well as thermal and acoustic insulation.
The individual rectangular container has a trapezoidal shape, with upper dimensions of 30×45 cm and a height of 75 cm. At the bottom, the two containers are connected by a plate measuring 55×20 cm and 5 mm thick, which is then fixed to a PVC-covered concrete base with a diameter of 43 cm.
At the top, the two containers are secured together with two metal plates measuring 12×24 cm each, also 5 mm thick. Each container features a lid made from thermoformed ABS, measuring 47×32 cm, with two openings of 8×10 cm each for waste entry. The lid includes a key lock for security.
Inside, there are two stainless steel bag holders, each measuring 21×27 cm.
