TECHNICAL DATA SHEET ART. 1059 — ECOLOGICAL ISLAND WITH 3 CONTAINERS OF 105 L. EACH, IN STAR SHAPE

The island consists of 3 containers of 105 liters, centrally supported by a hot-dip galvanized steel column with a diameter of 80 mm, anchored to a star-shaped metal base made from hot-dip galvanized tubular steel measuring 80x20x2 mm. This structure supports the three containers through holes in the base and can be anchored to concrete or asphalt floors.

Each conical module/container is 80 cm high, with a base diameter of 37 cm and a top diameter of 44 cm, constructed from polyethylene using rotational molding techniques. This material ensures high resistance to impacts, aging, fading, corrosion, weather agents, UV rays, and is scratch-resistant. Most importantly, it does not show dents after being subjected to impacts.

Inside the supporting column, there is space for a flagpole with a diameter of 45 mm and a length of 3.70 m, made from anodized aluminum. The flag on the flagpole is rotatable.

  • The three-slot lids and porthole lids are made from thermoformed ABS, then colored with the best two-component paints and secured with a lock.
  • The three-slot lid features two side slots and one front slot, each measuring 27×12 cm.
  • The porthole lid has a diameter of 17 cm, closed with a soft, rubberized gasket.
  • The lid with the handle is made from rotational polyethylene. An internal container is also provided to replace the bag, which is particularly useful for heavier collections.
