Art. 1232 SINGLE CONTAINER OF 90 LT – URBAN TWIN 2 COLLECTIONS
Mini station consisting of a single container with a capacity of 90 liters, made from polyethylene using rotational molding. This material ensures high resistance to impacts, aging, and discoloration.
The rotational molding process allows polymeric materials to be shaped into any form through a treatment that typically occurs at elevated temperatures. The base of the polymers can be natural, such as wax or cellulose, or synthetic, like nylon. Rotational plastic is characterized by its high degree of resistance and thermal and acoustic insulation.
The single container has a trapezoidal rectangular shape with upper dimensions of 32×47 cm and a height of 95 cm. At the top, the two containers are connected by two metal plates measuring 12×24 cm each, with a thickness of 5 mm.
The container features a lid made from thermoformed ABS, measuring 47×32 cm, with an opening of 15×8 cm for waste entry. The sloped design of the lid prevents water from entering and includes a key lock for security.
Inside, there are two stainless steel bag holders, each measuring 21×27 cm. The base is made of PVC and internally filled with concrete, with a diameter of 43 cm.
