Product Description:
The container and lid are made of HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) using rotational molding technology. This manufacturing process ensures excellent durability and resistance to impact, aging, discoloration, corrosion, weather, and UV rays. Additionally, the material is scratch-resistant and will not dent upon impact. The container has a distinctive conical shape with a height of 90 cm. The base has a diameter of 37 cm, while the upper part measures 58 cm in diameter.
The lid, also made from HDPE, is 15 cm high and has a diameter of 62 cm at the top. It is attached to the container via a hinge on the back and is secured with a triangular key lock. The lid features three slots, each measuring 8 x 20 cm, placed around it at 360°. Inside, a powder-coated metal divider allows for three separate waste collections.
An optional 15 cm diameter ashtray, with an easy-emptying design and capacity for approximately 500 cigarette butts, can be added to the lid. At the container’s base, four 8 MA brass bushings secure a 50/10-thick metal base, which is treated with cataphoresis and then epoxy powder-coated. The base has an approximate diameter of 45 cm and weighs about 7 kg. A concrete base option, with a diameter of 43 cm and weighing 23 kg, can be substituted for the metal base.
