TECHNICAL DATA SHEET ART. 1057/A — ECOLOGICAL ISLAND WITH 4 CONTAINERS OF 105 L. IN LINE
The containers that make up the “MINI ECOLOGICAL ISLAND” are made from polyethylene using rotational molding techniques. This material ensures great resistance to impacts, aging, and fading. The rotational processing of plastics allows polymer materials to be shaped into any form through a treatment that typically occurs at high temperatures. The polymer base can be natural, like wax or cellulose, or synthetic, like nylon. What characterizes rotational plastic is its high degree of resistance, thermal insulation, and acoustic insulation.
Each conical module/container is 80 cm high, with a base diameter of 37 cm and a top diameter of 44 cm. The following can be mounted on it:
The metal structure is made from hot-dip galvanized tubular steel, measuring 80x20x2 mm, forming the supporting base for the four containers in line, with vertical holes allowing for floor anchoring.
The structure does not support the containers directly; instead, they are removable and rest on the metal crosspieces at the floor level. This design extends the lifespan of the containers, which do not have to bear excess weight, including heavy waste (e.g., glass).

The manufacturer will ensure the availability of all necessary spare parts, both metal and plastic, even after a significant time from the purchase, to address any damages caused by vandalism or severe weather events.
