Its particularly refined and attractive aesthetic has been carefully studied in every detail to fit seamlessly into both urban contexts and prestigious, elegant spaces where nothing is left to chance. At Beegreen, we meticulously focus on product quality during the design phase, aiming to maximize functionality while minimizing maintenance. This is why we utilize innovative systems and processes such as nitrogen laser cutting to prevent oxidation.
The product is made from EN10111DD11 steel, which undergoes a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis, and powder coating. This process is designed to ensure the protection of coated products in environments with a corrosion class of C4, as per UNI EN ISO 12944-2 standard. Finally, they are finished with PP powder coating in a RAL color of choice.
Our commitment does not end with the delivery; we also provide ongoing consulting and spare parts, even after a significant time has passed. The load-bearing structure is made from 40/10 sheet metal, while the container is constructed from 15/10 hot-rolled sheet metal that is appropriately bent and treated.
Our ECOEASY URBAN 100 can be fixed to the ground or equipped with a concrete base measuring 44×34 cm and a height of 8 cm, as well as a stainless steel ashtray placed on top of the lid.
