TECHNICAL DATA SHEET ART. 1231 – ECO ISLAND WITH 4 BINS OF 105 LITERS ON CEMENT BASE

The eco-island consists of four 105-liter containers, centrally supported by a hot-dip galvanized steel column with a diameter of 89 mm, anchored on a cement base with a diameter of 60 cm and weighing 60 kg.
Each conical container/module is 80 cm high, with a base diameter of 37 cm and an upper diameter of 44 cm, made of polyethylene using the rotational molding technique.

This molded material ensures high resistance to impacts, aging, fading, corrosion, weather conditions, UV rays, and is scratch-resistant. Most importantly, it does not dent after impacts.

Inside the support column, a colored PVC flagpole with a diameter of 80 mm and a length of 4 meters can be housed. This pole can be embedded in the ground through the hole in the cement base if needed.

The 3-slot and porthole lids are made of thermoformed ABS, painted with the best two-component paints, and secured with a lock. The 3-slot lid includes two side slots and one front slot, each measuring 27×12 cm.
The porthole lid has a diameter of 17 cm and is closed with a soft, fabric-reinforced rubber cut into segments.
The lid with a handle is made of rotational polyethylene.

An internal container is also available as an alternative to the bag, particularly useful for collecting heavier waste.

The manufacturing company will supply, even long after purchase, all metal and plastic spare parts as quickly as possible to ensure continued use of the product despite damage caused by vandalism or severe weather events.
